Role Description This full-time, on-site Housekeeping Attendant role is based at Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur.

The Housekeeping

Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, replenishing amenities, and ensuring overall cleanliness and safety. The role includes handling laundry-related tasks such as collecting, sorting, and delivering linens, towels, and guest laundry as required.

Attendant will respond to guest requests promptly, report maintenance issues, follow all hygiene and safety procedures, and coordinate with supervisors and other departments to support smooth hotel operations.

Qualifications

- Strong organization skills and attention to detail to maintain clean, well-presented rooms and public areas.
- Effective communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Basic laundry skills, including handling linens, towels, and guest garments safely and efficiently.
- Ability to participate in and benefit from ongoing training related to housekeeping standards, hygiene, and safety.
- Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
