Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Housekeeping Associate to join our team.

The Housekeeping

Associate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, tidiness, and aesthetic appeal of all assigned guest rooms and public areas, contributing significantly to a positive guest experience. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a robust work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently and independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms according to established standards and procedures, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, and cleaning bathrooms.

- Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and stationery, ensuring all items are stocked to the required levels.

- Inspect rooms for any damage or maintenance issues and report them promptly to the supervisor or maintenance department.

- Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, hallways,



restrooms, and common spaces, to ensure they are presentable and welcoming at all times.

- Handle guest requests and inquiries politely and efficiently, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.

- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

- Manage laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and towels as required.

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate needs to the supervisor to ensure adequate stock levels.

- Assist with deep cleaning projects and special assignments as directed by the Housekeeping Manager.

- Ensure personal grooming and presentation standards are consistently met.
