We are looking for an honest, trustworthy, and responsible Household Maintenance Worker / Houseman to assist with general household duties and basic property maintenance.
The ideal candidate should be reliable, hardworking, and capable of handling routine household tasks, including basic maintenance, car washing, gardening, yard cleaning, and other general housework.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic household maintenance and minor repairs.
- Replace light bulbs and handle simple electrical maintenance tasks.
- Attend to minor water/plumbing issues when required.
- Wash and maintain household vehicles.
- Take care of the garden and plants.
- Clean and maintain the yard and outdoor areas.
- Assist with general household cleaning and maintenance.
- Keep the property, outdoor areas, and equipment clean and well maintained.
- Report any major maintenance issues to the employer.
- Perform other general household duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Honest, trustworthy, and responsible.
- Previous experience in household maintenance, houseman, gardening, or similar work is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing maintenance.
- Ability to handle gardening and outdoor cleaning tasks.
- Ability to wash and care for vehicles.
- Hardworking, reliable, and physically fit.
- Positive attitude and willingness to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
