The House Coordinator & Discipline Incharge ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of the household or residential facility while maintaining high standards of safety, resident well-being, and adherence to organizational policies.Role OverviewThe role combines management, coordination, and discipline enforcement to oversee daily household operations, supervise staff, and provide guidance to residents while fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment. The position monitors adherence to rules, addresses behavioral issues, and supports the well-being and development of residents.Key ResponsibilitiesHouse Coordination Duties:
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, housekeeping, meal planning, transportation, and events 2.
- Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations, and care standards 1.
- Maintain accurate documentation and resident records, including care or support plans, risk assessments, and incident reports 2.
- Coordinate staff recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and scheduling to meet household needs 1.
- Communicate with residents’ families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies 2.
- Organize social, recreational, and educational activities for residents to promote engagement and well-being 1.
- Monitor resource usage, inventory, and household budgets 2.

Discipline Incharge Duties:
- Implement, enforce, and review house rules and behavioral policies consistently 2.
- Address resident complaints and disputes professionally and collaboratively, providing guidance and conflict resolution 1.
- Monitor residents’ behavior, provide coaching or corrective measures when required, and report serious incidents to management 1.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful culture while upholding accountability standards 1.
- Participate in planning interventions, behaviour support strategies, and crisis management, liaising with relevant support staff and family members 1.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field preferred 2.
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years working with residential settings or vulnerable populations, including supervisory or discipline management experience 2.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of care standards, health and safety regulations, documentation systems, scheduling software, and budget management 1.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, crisis management, conflict resolution, problem-solving, empathy, and cultural competency 3.

Reporting Structure
- Reports to the Facility Manager, Group Home Director, or Care & Support Manager.
- Supervises household staff and liaises directly with residents and family members.
Work Setting
- Residential or group home setting, with occasional travel for meetings, events, or training 1.
- Full-time position with expected engagement during routine daily schedules and crisis situations.
Pay: ₹25,623.64 - ₹35,806.34 per month
