- Handle billing for room service orders and guest requests.
- Prepare accurate bills and process cash, card, and digital payments.
- Coordinate with the Room Service and Front Office teams.
- Maintain daily billing records and transaction reports.
- Verify food orders, prices, discounts, and charges before billing.
- Handle guest queries related to bills and payments.
- Ensure proper posting of room service charges to guest rooms.
Requirements
- Previous hotel/restaurant billing experience preferred.
- Basic computer and billing/POS knowledge.
- Valuable communication and customer-service skills.
- Experience in hotsoft software is an advantage.
Location : Irumbanam, Tripunithura
Salary : 15,000/- + incentive.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
