We are looking for a bright, well-presented, responsible and experienced Hotel Manager with excellent English communication skills to manage the day-to-day operations of our 4-star hotel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Monitor and manage guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle room reservations and booking enquiries.
- Monitor and manage bookings through online hotel booking platforms and applications.
- Ensure proper room availability and booking updates across all platforms.
- Coordinate and maintain staff duty schedules and shift arrangements.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle guest requirements, complaints and service-related issues professionally.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure excellent guest service.
- Monitor daily hotel operations and maintain proper management standards.
- Prepare and maintain necessary hotel reports and operational records.
- Coordinate with management and implement management instructions effectively.





CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Good English communication and writing skills.
- Previous experience in hotel management / hospitality operations preferred.
- Knowledge of online hotel booking platforms and reservation systems.
- Good leadership and staff-management skills.
- Ability to handle guests professionally and resolve issues effectively.
- Valuable computer knowledge and administrative skills.
- Should be responsible, active, well-mannered and presentable.
- Ability to work in shifts and manage hotel operations independently.
