Role Description The Hotel Operations Manager Auli will oversee daily hotel operations to ensure a high-quality guest experience and smooth functioning of all departments. This full time, on-site role is located in Sawai Madhopur and includes managing front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services. The role involves monitoring service standards, coordinating staff schedules, resolving guest concerns, and maintaining operational efficiency and safety across the property.
The Hotel Operations
Manager will collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements,
support local experiences and activities, and uphold Aaryam’s hospitality standards. The position also includes training and mentoring team members, managing budgets and reports, and supporting initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and property performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations Management skills, including coordinating hotel departments, optimizing workflows, and maintaining service standards.
- Proven focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with experience handling guest feedback and resolving issues promptly.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear interaction with guests, team members, and external partners.
- Experience in Training hotel staff, including onboarding, performance guidance, and continuous skill development.
- Previous experience in hotel or resort operations management, preferably in leisure or destination properties.
- Ability to lead diverse teams, make decisions under pressure, and maintain a calm, professional presence.
- Basic understanding of budgeting, reporting, and operational KPIs for hospitality environments.
- Comfort working on-site in a destination location and collaborating with local communities and vendors.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
