Responsibilities:
- Manage overall hotel operations
- Supervise Front Office & Housekeeping
- Manage staff, duty roster and attendance
- Handle guests and resolve complaints
- Manage room inventory and OTA platforms
- Monitor billing, revenue and daily reports
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline and hotel standards
- Control operational costs and improve guest satisfactionsibilities
