Hotel Front Desk Executive required for reception. Should have sales tellecalling knowledge and google sheets knowledge (computer operating knowledge).
Degree is hospitality/hotel industry is a plus point.

We are looking for a Front Desk Executive who is confident, skilled, and well groomed.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
- Handle guest queries and resolve concerns politely.
- Ensure smooth front office operations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
- Maintain guest records and daily reports, on computer and manual on paper.
- Deliver an excellent guest experience at all times.
- Call travel agents for hotel sales call.
Requirements
- Experience as a Front Desk Executive or Supervisor in a hotel.
- Experience in 4-star or 5-star hotels is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and guest handling skills.
- Strong hospitality attitude with a professional appearance.
- Ability to work independently during the day/night shift.
- Knowledge of hotel PMS software is an advantage - StayFlexi, Hotelogix
