Job Responsibilities

- Lead requirements gathering workshops and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis for proposed solutions.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive business transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with developers, testers,



and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to business analysis and Agile best practices.

Desired Profile

- Strong experience as a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in requirement elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
