Job Summary U Fly International Aviation Academy is looking for a responsible, disciplined, and approachable Hostel Warden to oversee the day-to-day operations of the student hostel. The Hostel Warden will be responsible for maintaining discipline, ensuring student safety and well-being, managing hostel facilities, and creating a clean, secure, and supportive living workplace for students.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor students residing in the hostel.
- Maintain discipline, decorum, and a safe environment within the hostel.
- Ensure students follow hostel rules, timings, and regulations.
- Maintain daily attendance and hostel occupancy records.
- Monitor student entry and exit and maintain visitor records.
- Conduct regular hostel inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff for smooth hostel operations.
- Address students' day-to-day concerns and provide appropriate support.
- Handle emergencies and immediately inform management or concerned authorities when required.
- Ensure students follow prescribed meal, study, and sleeping schedules where applicable.
- Monitor the condition of hostel rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and other facilities.
- Report disciplinary issues, damages, safety concerns, or other incidents to management.
- Maintain proper documentation and daily hostel reports.
- Coordinate with parents/guardians and academy management when necessary.




- Ensure hostel rules related to security, cleanliness, visitors, and prohibited activities are strictly followed.
- Assist management in implementing hostel policies and procedures.

Educational Qualification
- Any Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.
- Candidates with qualifications in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Social Work, Education, Psychology, or Administration will be preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills are required.

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience as a Hostel Warden, Residential Supervisor, Student Coordinator, House Parent, or in a similar role.
- Freshers with strong communication, discipline, and student-management skills may also be considered.

Live-In Requirement
- This is a live-in position.
- The selected candidate is required to stay at the hostel premises and be available to supervise and support students as required.
- Accommodation at the hostel premises will be provided as per academy policy.
- The candidate must be comfortable working flexible hours and attending to urgent hostel-related matters when necessary.

Salary
- Salary: As per industry standards and candidate's experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
