Guest Relations

- Welcome guests with a warm and skilled greeting.

- Escort guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements.

- Maintain a positive first impression of the restaurant.

- Address guest inquiries and provide accurate information regarding menu offerings, waiting times, and restaurant facilities.

Reservations & Table Management

- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists efficiently.

- Coordinate table allocations to optimize seating capacity.

- Communicate guest preferences and special requests to the service team.

- Ensure smooth guest flow during peak operational hours.

Customer Service

- Handle guest feedback and escalate concerns to the Restaurant Manager when required.

- Maintain high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

- Assist guests with directions,



special occasions, and promotional information.

Coordination & Communication

- Coordinate with Captains, Stewards, and Restaurant Managers for smooth operations.

- Inform service teams about VIP guests, group bookings, and special requests.

- Support the Front of House team during busy periods.

Grooming & Presentation

- Maintain impeccable grooming and hygiene standards at all times.

- Ensure the reception and waiting area remain clean, organized, and presentable.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
