- Reservation Procedures, Guest Tracking
- Hospitality Softwares Fidelio / Opera
- F&B; Service, Banquets, Dining Etiquettes, Table

Manners and Table layout
- Housekeeping Operations
- Basics of French Language and terms used

Different types of Menu
- F&B; Production, Menu Planning, Alcoholic and Non

Alcoholic Beverages
- Various types of cutlery
- Room servicing and different type of rooms

Preferred candidate profile Experience Requirements:-

- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality training or operations
- Prior experience delivering training in Front Office, F&B; Service, F&B; Production, Housekeeping, and Banquet operations
- Experience working with or training staff at branded/premium hotel properties
- Background in academic/institutional training (hotel management colleges) is an advantage
- Experience partnering with NSDC or similar government skill development bodies preferred.
