Role Description The Hospital Management Trainee internship is an on-site role based in Delhi, India. The trainee will support daily hospital operations, including patient flow coordination, appointment scheduling, and interaction with clinical and administrative teams.

Responsibilities include assisting in maintaining medical records, supporting front-desk and admission processes, and contributing to quality improvement and patient experience initiatives. The trainee will also help with data collection and basic analysis for operational reports,



support coordination with insurance and health scheme partners, and participate in departmental meetings and training sessions. This role provides structured exposure to hospital administration, allowing the trainee to learn best practices in healthcare management under the guidance of experienced leaders.

Qualifications

- Educational background in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field (current students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a clinical setting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, families, and multidisciplinary staff.
- Basic data handling and analytical skills, including familiarity with MS Office or similar tools for reports, documentation, and presentations.
- Customer service mindset with a focus on patient-centric care, empathy, and maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Willingness to learn hospital processes, flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced workplace, and commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Prior internship or exposure in healthcare or service industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
