Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Hospital Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring efficient delivery of patient services, smooth coordination across departments, regulatory compliance, and a high standard of patient experience. The role will involve managing hospital operations, staff coordination, vendors, infrastructure, and administrative processes while working closely with doctors and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations across clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, medical staff, and department heads to resolve operational issues.
- Drive initiatives to improve patient experience and satisfaction.
- Manage staff, manpower planning, duty rosters, attendance, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, statutory requirements, policies, and safety standards.
- Handle patient/attendant concerns and coordinate timely resolution of escalations.
- Work with clinical and administrative teams to improve process efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, emergency protocols, infection-control practices, and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, insurance/TPA teams, government authorities, and other relevant agencies as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.




- Master's degree such as MHA/MBA (Healthcare/Hospital Management) will be preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in hospital administration or healthcare operations.
- Strong understanding of hospital operations and patient-care workflows.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple hospital departments.
- Positive knowledge of healthcare compliance, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle patient escalations and operational emergencies.
