Role Description The Hospital Billing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the hospital billing operations linked with the Plunes Healthcare platform. This role involves managing end-to-end billing processes, including patient invoicing, claims submission, reconciliation of accounts, and alignment with hospital revenue cycle protocols.

The manager will monitor billing systems to ensure accuracy, compliance with healthcare regulations, and timely payments from patients and insurers. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing billing data,



identifying discrepancies or process gaps, implementing improvements, and coordinating with clinical, finance, and administrative teams to resolve billing issues.

The Hospital Billing

Manager will also contribute to policy development, support integration with hospital information systems, and provide regular reporting on billing performance and revenue metrics.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Billing Process and Invoicing of Government Health Insurance like CGHS, ECHS, Ayushman Bharat, with proven experience managing hospital or healthcare billing operations.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Billing Systems, including hospital information systems and digital billing platforms, with the ability to optimize workflows.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, or a related field; qualified certifications in healthcare finance or billing are an advantage.
- Strong understanding of healthcare billing regulations, insurance processes, and compliance requirements, preferably within the Indian healthcare ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and non-clinical teams.
- Experience in hospital operations or health-tech platforms and familiarity with Gurugram or NCR healthcare market will be considered beneficial.
