Role Description The Horticulturist will work full time on-site at GreenLife Vision’s Gurgaon location, supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of premium landscape and garden projects. Daily responsibilities include supervising plant selection, planting, pruning, fertilization, and overall plant health management across terraces, balconies, vertical gardens, indoor installations, and outdoor landscapes.

The role involves monitoring irrigation systems, ensuring efficient water usage, and troubleshooting plant health issues such as pests and diseases. The Horticulturist will collaborate with designers, project managers, and gardeners to execute plans that align with client expectations, brand aesthetics,



and environmental best practices. Additional tasks include maintaining detailed records of plant inventories, providing client education on plant care, and ensuring that all green spaces meet quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Gardening and Landscape Maintenance, with hands-on experience in caring for plants in residential and commercial settings.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Botany and plant physiology to diagnose plant health issues and select appropriate species for varied environments.
- Candidates should possess practical skills in Irrigation and water management, including setup, monitoring, and maintenance of irrigation systems.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Landscaping, including layout planning, plant placement, and coordination with design teams for aesthetic and functional outcomes.
- Diploma or degree in Horticulture, Botany, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in outdoor and indoor environments, with valuable physical stamina and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to guide gardener teams and interact professionally with clients.
- Experience in high-end or luxury landscaping projects, and familiarity with sustainable and climate-appropriate planting practices, is an advantage.
