? What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Design & deliver training on Home Loan Products, Credit Assessment, Sales & Operations

Conduct current employee induction, refresher & skill enhancement programs

Identify capability gaps and create targeted training plans

Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments & business impact





- Stay updated on housing finance regulations and market developments

? What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Strong understanding of housing finance processes & compliance

✔️ Excellent presentation, communication & facilitation skills

✔️ Ability to simplify complex concepts into practical training content

✔️ Willingness to travel locally/regionally for training deployments
