Sarwar Health Care Private Limited is looking for a skilled and compassionate Home Physiotherapist to provide professional physiotherapy services to patients at their homes across Delhi NCR.

The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to independently assess patients and develop appropriate treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct physiotherapy assessments at patients' homes.
- Understand the patient's medical history, symptoms, and functional limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Provide treatments such as:
- Exercise therapy
- Manual therapy
- Mobility and strengthening exercises
- Pain management techniques
- Post-operative rehabilitation
- Neurological rehabilitation
- Orthopedic rehabilitation
- Geriatric physiotherapy
- Demonstrate exercises and educate patients and caregivers about home exercise programs.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when required.
- Maintain proper patient records and treatment notes.
- Communicate professionally with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow qualified healthcare standards.
- Ensure timely arrival for scheduled home visits.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) or Master's degree (MPT).
- Valid registration with the relevant physiotherapy council/association, where applicable.




- Freshers and experienced physiotherapists can apply.
- Good clinical assessment and treatment skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel for patient home visits.
- Professional, punctual, and patient-friendly approach.
- Comfortable working independently.
