Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Home Loan Specialist role based in Mumbai.

The Home Loan

Specialist will guide clients through the end-to-end home loan process, including understanding their financial profile, assessing loan requirements, and recommending suitable mortgage products from partner institutions.

Responsibilities include explaining loan terms and conditions, preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with lenders for approvals, and tracking applications until disbursal.



The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, providing timely updates, and ensuring a smooth and transparent borrowing experience.

The Home Loan

Specialist will work closely with internal teams and external partners to meet service targets while adhering to regulatory and organizational policies.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and experience with Mortgage Lending practices.
- Proficiency in handling Loans, including assessment, documentation, and coordination with lending institutions.
- Excellent Communication skills for explaining complex loan terms and engaging with diverse clients.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in a quick-paced, target-driven environment with attention to accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple client portfolios simultaneously.
- Prior experience in banking, NBFCs, or loan advisory services is an advantage.
