- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about establishing a career in the tourism industry
- 2–3 years of work experience in the travel industry and/or a diploma/degree in Travel & Tourism will be an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Address inquiries received via digital platforms, emails, phone calls, and in-person visits
- Provide details about holiday packages in alignment with customer queries
- Facilitate processes for booking, visa acquisition, and payment transactions
- Maintain regular and timely follow-up with prospective customers
- Build strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals
