Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Holiday Consultant who can understand client travel requirements, design suitable holiday packages, handle bookings, and provide end-to-end travel assistance. The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, sales skills, and experience in handling individual and group holiday requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Holiday Package Consultation
- Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, budget, and travel dates.
- Recommend suitable domestic and international holiday destinations and packages.
- Prepare customized itineraries based on customer requirements.
- Sales & Business Development
- Handle holiday enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Follow up with potential customers regularly.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling travel products.
- Itinerary & Package Preparation
- Design detailed travel itineraries including flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, activities, and other services.
- Prepare accurate quotations and package proposals.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain competitive rates.
- Booking & Coordination
- Handle hotel, flight, transfer, sightseeing, activity, and other travel-related bookings.
- Coordinate with operations teams, DMCs, hotels, airlines, and other vendors.
- Ensure bookings are confirmed accurately and within the required timelines.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Provide timely responses to customer enquiries and requests.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a smooth travel experience.
- Destination Knowledge
- Maintain updated knowledge of popular domestic and international destinations.
- Stay informed about visa requirements,



travel regulations, seasonal offers, and destination trends.
- Suggest suitable destinations and experiences based on customer preferences.
- Quotation & Documentation
- Prepare professional quotations, invoices, itineraries, and booking confirmations.
- Maintain accurate customer and booking records.
- Ensure all travel documents and booking details are properly coordinated.
- Supplier & Vendor Coordination
- Develop and maintain good relationships with hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and other travel partners.
- Negotiate rates and services wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve booking-related issues.
- Post-Sales Support
- Provide assistance to customers before and during their travel.
- Coordinate changes, cancellations, amendments, and special requests.
- Collect customer feedback and maintain service quality.
- Reporting & Target Management
- Maintain daily and weekly enquiry and sales records.
- Submit regular sales and booking reports to management.
- Monitor personal performance against assigned targets and contribute to overall team objectives.

Required Skills
- 3–4 years of experience in Travel & Tourism / Holiday Sales
- Solid knowledge of domestic and international holiday destinations
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in preparing travel quotations and itineraries
- Good knowledge of hotel, flight, transfer, and sightseeing bookings
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and bookings simultaneously
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of travel industry tools and booking platforms is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications

Preferred Candidate A proactive, target-oriented professional with strong travel knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to convert holiday enquiries into successful bookings. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
