Micromatic Grinding Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced CNC-HMC Machine Operator to join our permanent production team at our Gajraula manufacturing facility.

Role Details

- Position: CNC-HMC Machine Operator

- Department: Production

- Experience Required: Minimum 3 years

- Location: Gajraula, Uttar Pradesh

- Salary: Best in industry, negotiable based on experience and interview

Key Responsibilities

- Independently set up and operate CNC Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC).

- Select tools, load tooling systems, set offsets, and perform basic 2D programming and program editing.

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, job cards, and GD&T; symbols.

- Conduct first-piece and in-process quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.





- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues.

- Follow 5S practices and shop-floor safety protocols.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to maintain smooth workflow.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience operating and setting CNC HMC machines.

- Robust knowledge of tool selection, offset setting, and program editing.

- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances/GD&T.;

- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.

- Commitment to 5S methodology and safety standards.
