Position : (Telesales) Internet Sales - Customer Support

Job Location : Mohali

Working days - 6days (1day off as per the roaster)

Experience Min.2-3Years

Salary (in CTC) Between 4LPA to 8 LPA

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Calling customers who place an inquiry for a Jewellery/lifestyle/repair and service on the website or any other online platforms including social media handles and ensuring a healthy lead to sales conversion ratio.
- Managing leads and organized reporting on leads and deliverables.
- Ability to achieve the budgeted sales targets or brand focus targets.
- Interacting with customers telephonically & at store. Converting them into successful sales
- Ability to maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching,



recommending and selling recent/ alternative/ organization focused products.
- Ability to build and sustain a symbiotic relationship with the staff at the stores on a pan India level.
- Aptitude to understand the product (aesthetics and technicality) - brands, watches/Jewellery/lifestyle/repair and service along with an ability to understand customer preferences, industry trends, stock keeping etc.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements within the department from time to time.
- Ensure end to end coordination of the lead management cycle including providing after sales service support to customer if need be and troubleshooting his concerns.
- Ensure premium level of calls and client satisfaction in all interactions
