Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for History / Geography Educators for ICSE and IGCSE at The Galaxy Education System, located in Rajkot. The educator will design and deliver engaging History and Geography lessons aligned with ICSE and IGCSE curricula, using a variety of teaching methods and learning resources. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lessons, conducting classroom instruction, assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate academic records.





The role involves collaborating with colleagues, participating in training and school events, and contributing to a positive, inclusive, and inquiry-based classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience in ICSE and/or IGCSE curricula.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training to design structured, outcome-focused learning experiences.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear instruction, student engagement, and collaboration with families and colleagues.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in History, Geography, Education, or a related field.
- Ability to use modern teaching tools and technology to enhance learning.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, learner-centered pedagogy and continuous professional development.
- Prior experience in school-based teaching roles, preferably in similar boards, is an advantage.
