What you will do

This isn’t your typical HR internship. You will get hands-on experience across multiple facets of Human Resources — from talent acquisition to employee engagement and employer branding. You will work directly with senior HR professionals and business leaders to:

- Support end-to-end recruitment activities (from sourcing to onboarding)
- Contribute to HR strategy discussions and process improvements
- Help organize internal team catch-ups and virtual engagement initiatives
- Assist with performance tracking, data management, and policy creation
- Be a part of real-world HR projects that shape the culture of a growing

company

Skills Required

- A student or recent graduate in HR / Business / Psychology / related field
- Enthusiastic about learning and exploring the people side of business
- Comfortable working remotely with accountability and creativity
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- High interest and knowledge in human resources

Eligibility

- Freshers and interns are eligible to apply
- Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection
- Prior experience of 3–6 months is a plus but not mandatory

Work Schedule

- Fully remote role
- Monday to Friday working days
- Saturday and Sunday are fixed weekly offs
- Approximately 4–5 hours of work per day for part-time or project-based task

Stipend and Compensation

- Performance-based incentives after the initial 3-month training period
- Additional per-onboarding incentives as per company policy
- Internship certification provided upon successful completion of 6 months
