Role & responsibilities The primary duties and responsibilities of Senior Manager (Technical Lead) would be:
- Work closely with CTO in project estimation, provide technical inputs for solution design and delivery, conduct risk assessment and mitigation planning,ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality assurance, contribute to technical manpower planning and recruitment, and drive the implementation of the organization's IT roadmap.
- Oversee and manage the execution of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to requirements, and alignment with organizational goals while effectively coordinating cross-functional teams and resources.
- Should be hands-on and be able to build high-quality, clean, secure and maintainable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior resources, ensuring adherence to best coding practices, software architecture principles, and project delivery standards.
- Maintain positive quality technical documentation
- Identify security threats, formulate strategies and methods to mitigate the threats.
- Work closely with the infra teams (OS, network and security)
for resolution ofany issues.
Educational Qualification: Graduate in engineering or any relevant IT related qualification
Experience:
Minimum 6 years of experience in full stack .NET development.
OTHER CRITERIA:
Maximum age limit is 40 years, as on date of application.
Candidates with hands-on experience in following areas are strongly preferred:
- HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript
- Object Oriented Programming using C#
- .NET Framework / .NET Core / .NET Standard (The latter two are preferred)
- Experience working with Dependency Injection and Interfaces
- ASP.NET web development frameworks (MVC or Blazor Family) o SQL
- Dapper / Entity framework
- Databases (SQL Server)
- IIS web server oVersion control (Git)
- Visual Studio IDE
Good to have experience working on Test driven development, Docker, Azure and web hosting. Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
