About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Associate / Assistant Manager – Finance with hands-on experience in e-commerce and quick-commerce finance, reconciliation, accounting, and stakeholder management.Key Responsibilities

- Manage e-commerce & quick-commerce reconciliations, including platform statements, sales, collections, returns, discounts, commissions, and deductions.
- Reconcile e-commerce statements with books and identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Post accounting entries in Tally/SAP, including expenses, adjustments, and accruals.
- Coordinate for debit notes, credit notes, and other accounting adjustments.
- Work closely with e-commerce, quick-commerce, Sales, Commercial, Tax, and other stakeholders.
- Manage multiple stakeholders and support a small team.

Required Skills





- Strong hands-on experience in e-commerce/quick-commerce finance and reconciliation.
- Good understanding of B2B and B2C business models and their accounting treatment.
- Good knowledge of GST, accounting, vendor reconciliation, debit/credit notes, and expense accounting.
- Solid analytical, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Tally/SAP.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and a small team.
