- Area Manager – Retail: Up to ₹10 LPA
- Regional Representative – Retail: Up to ₹4 LPA
Experience: Relevant experience in Hardware / Building Materials / Retail Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive retail sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Develop and manage dealer/distributor network.
- Identify current business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers and channel partners.
- Ensure product visibility and market coverage.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
- Prepare regular sales reports and track business performance.
Requirements:
- Experience in Hardware / Building Materials / Architectural Products preferred.
- Strong knowledge of retail/channel sales.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop dealer and distributor networks.
- Candidates with relevant experience in the Hyderabad/Telangana market will be preferred.
