About the RoleNaturaltein is looking for a QC Executive to ensure that our products meet defined quality standards across receiving, storage, testing, and dispatch, while maintaining accurate quality records and documentation.

The QC Executive will perform routine quality checks on raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with established specifications and regulatory requirements.

The role will also involve laboratory testing, instrument handling and calibration, documentation of test results, and support for investigations of quality deviations and non-conformities.

The QC Executive will work closely with the Production, Operations, Warehouse, and Quality Assurance teams to implement corrective actions, maintain compliance with internal SOPs and applicable regulatory requirements, and contribute to the continuous improvement of quality standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct quality checks of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Inspect products for labels, batch details, packaging, seals, expiry dates, and physical condition.




- Perform routine quality inspections before product dispatch.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and laboratories for quality testing and reports.
- Maintain QC records, COAs, test reports, and batch-wise documentation.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO, QC segregation, and inventory quality control.
- Operate and maintain relevant laboratory instruments and support periodic calibration.
- Identify and report quality issues, damages, deviations, and non-conformities.
- Support investigation of quality deviations and implementation of corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Operations and Warehouse teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Support product sampling, testing, audits, and FSSAI compliance.
- Ensure proper adherence to SOPs, quality procedures, and documentation requirements.

Qualifications
- Graduate in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of QC experience, preferably in the FMCG, food, nutraceutical, or supplement industry.
- Basic knowledge of FSSAI, GMP, quality testing, and documentation.
- Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify quality deviations and non-conformities.
