We are hiring for 3 positions in Project Sales:
- Sr. ASM – Project Sales: Up to ₹15 LPA
- Area Manager – Project Sales: Up to ₹12 LPA
- Assistant Manager – Project Sales: Up to ₹8.5 LPA
Experience: 5–8 Years
Team Handling: Minimum 2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive project sales and achieve sales targets.
- Develop current business opportunities and manage sales pipeline.
- Build relationships with architects, builders, contractors and key clients.
- Handle key accounts and channel partners.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations.
- Negotiate and close project sales.
- Coordinate with technical, logistics and internal teams for project execution.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitors.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- Experience in Building Materials / Architectural Hardware / Hardware & Railing industry.
- Strong experience in Project Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in Key Account Management and team handling.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
