A PM with extensive experience in Agile methodologies (SAFE ,Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and ability to adapt frameworks to organizational and team needs. Has Proven experience of championing and implementing Agile ways of working. Excellent knowledge and experience with JIRA and confluence dashboards.

Has experience in running large PI Planning events +150 People. Has experience with inspect and adapt workshops understand how to facilitate and manage tech focused workshops. Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skillsdrives agile adoption, fosters continuous improvement, and supports capability building across teams.

Proven delivery management experienceable to lead complex, multi-team environments and manage multiple streams, priorities, and dependencies.

Must-have Skills: Worked as Assurance lead at least 4-5 yrs





Has worked in Transformation programme/project construct. Comes with experience working in a large global organization like ours (preferably in Banking). Understanding of Contact Center Domain OR Worked in any Banking domain.

Define project/programme-specific risk and control requirements and align them with organisation and regulatory standards. Interact with 1st and 2nd Lines of Defense, compliance teams, and governance bodies to ensure alignment on assurance expectations. Map key risks and design appropriate controls, embedding them into project plans and risk registers from the outset.

Spot potential gaps in governance or controls early, and influence mitigation actions before issues arise

Good-to-have Skills: Chatbot & Voicebot exposure, NLU, LLM / GenAI exposure, RM Chat (Whatsapp), Genesys Cloud.
