Salary: Up to 15 LPA

Employment Type: Contract – 2 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days preferred

Mandatory Skills / Requirements

Bachelor’s degree – Mandatory Master’s in HR / Marketing preferred

4–5 years of experience in Campus Recruitment / Corporate HR / Career Services / Training & Development / Corporate Relations / Career Counseling

Strong industry networking & relationship-building skills

Knowledge of campus recruitment and placement processes

Experience in placement drives, internships and industry engagement

Strong career counseling and mentoring skills

Experience in training, employability enhancement & interview preparation

Robust event planning and coordination skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong MS Office / Excel / PowerPoint skills

CRM / ERP knowledge is an advantage





Analytical and MIS/reporting skills

Social media / branding awareness

Prior experience in an academic institution or training agency is a strong plus

Key Responsibilities

- Build relationships with recruiters and industry bodies in the design/creative sector
- Organize campus placements, internships and industry projects
- Provide career counseling and placement support to students
- Conduct resume building, interview preparation and employability training
- Coordinate between students, faculty and recruiters
- Maintain placement MIS and company interaction records
- Develop alumni and industry networking opportunities
- Conduct pre-placement talks and employer branding activities
