Hiring: KG Coordinator / Experienced Montessori Trained Teacher

Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education / Education or related field

KG Coordinator / Montessori Trained Teacher to create a nurturing, engaging and stimulating learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom workplace.
- Use play-based and interactive teaching methods.
- Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback to parents.
- Organize activities that promote creativity, teamwork and problem-solving.
- Encourage positive behavior, discipline and responsibility.
- Coordinate with teachers and school staff to maintain educational standards.




- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education or related field.
- Montessori training/certification or relevant early childhood education qualification.
- 5–15 years of experience in kindergarten or early childhood education.
- Strong communication, patience and interpersonal skills.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Knowledge of modern teaching strategies and digital learning tools is an added advantage.
