Key Responsibilities

- Support the annual budgeting and financial planning process, including preparation of budgets and financial plans.

- Perform forecasting and reforecasting activities and provide insights on changes in the business outlook.

- Prepare and analyse monthly management reports and MIS for business and finance stakeholders.

- Conduct actual vs. budget/forecast variance analysis, identify key drivers, and provide meaningful commentary.

- Perform revenue analytics, including revenue tracking, trend analysis, forecasting, and identification of key revenue drivers.

- Support headcount planning and workforce cost analysis, including tracking actuals against plan and forecasting future requirements.

- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, revenue, costs, and profitability.

- Act as a business finance partner by working closely with stakeholders to understand business performance and provide relevant financial insights.





- Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Support preparation of business reviews, management presentations, and performance dashboards.

- Monitor key financial and operational KPIs and provide commentary on business performance.

- Support month-end financial reporting and ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results.

- Assist in scenario planning and what-if analysis to support business decision-making.

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand financial performance and translate business requirements into financial analysis.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardisation, and automation within FP&A; processes.

- Perform other FP&A; and ad-hoc financial analysis activities as required.
