Hiring: HR Generalist – HR Operations & Payroll

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist – HR Operations & Payroll to manage and drive day-to-day HR operations with strong ownership of payroll, attendance, employee lifecycle and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR Operations including joining, onboarding, employee documentation, transfers, confirmations, exits and Full & Final settlement.
- Handle monthly payroll processing, including attendance inputs, salary changes, deductions, incentives/variables, LOP and payroll validation.
- Manage PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity and other statutory compliance in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate employee master data, personnel files and HR records.
- Manage attendance, leave, regularization and shift-related HR processes.
- Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for payroll inputs, reconciliations and timely salary processing.
- Prepare HR MIS and regular reports related to headcount, payroll, attendance, attrition and employee movements.
- Support performance management, employee engagement and HR policy implementation.




- Handle employee queries and ensure timely resolution of HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
- Support HR audits, inspections and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and plant/factory stakeholders for smooth HR operations.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations / Payroll.
- Strong practical knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Experience with attendance and HRMS/payroll systems.
- Good understanding of PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity and applicable labour laws.
- Strong Excel/MIS skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR operations.
- Positive communication, coordination and employee-handling skills.
- Experience in manufacturing / plant / factory environment will be preferred.

Key Requirement

This is an HR Operations-focused role, not a recruitment-only position. Candidates should have strong hands-on exposure to payroll, employee lifecycle, attendance, compliance and HR operations.
