Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute PAN India marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Drive market research, competitor intelligence and market chance identification.

- Lead product marketing, market development and customer engagement initiatives.

- Plan and execute exhibitions, trade shows, customer meets and marketing campaigns.

- Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering and Business teams.

- Develop and execute B2B/OEM marketing strategies.

- Manage and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors and channel partners.

- Drive lead generation, brand visibility and marketing effectiveness.





- Monitor marketing KPIs, budgets and ROI.

- Lead and develop the marketing team across functions and regions.

Candidate Profile

- 15+ years of relevant experience in Industrial Automation, Factory Automation, Electrical & Electronics, Pneumatics, Motion Control, Robotics, Drives or Engineering Products.

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.
