Qualification: Any Graduate

Certification: Medical Coding Certification preferred

Notice Period: Immediate to 2 Weeks

CTC: Up to 9 LPA

Hike: Up to 30% on Last CTC

Relieving Letter: Last company relieving letter is mandatory

We are hiring experienced Surgery and E/M IP Medical Coders for our Coimbatore and Chennai locations. Candidates should have solid knowledge of medical coding, clinical documentation, and specialty-specific coding guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Review medical records and clinical documentation.
- Perform accurate Surgery and E/M IP coding.




- Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS codes as applicable.
- Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with coding guidelines.
- Review diagnoses, procedures and supporting documentation.
- Meet defined quality and productivity targets.
- Identify coding/documentation discrepancies and follow appropriate processes.
- Stay updated with coding guidelines and client requirements.
