About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and help deliver high standards of customer service, food quality, team performance, and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will work closely with restaurant staff and management to coordinate day-to-day activities, maintain service standards, and support business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily restaurant operations and service activities.
- Lead, supervise, and support front-of-house and restaurant team members.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Manage staff rosters, attendance, and day-to-day scheduling.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, ordering, and wastage.
- Assist with budgeting, sales targets, and operational cost control.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and food safety requirements.
- Train and support team members to maintain consistent service standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and other operational teams when required.




- Prepare operational reports and communicate business updates to management.

Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant, hospitality, or food-service management.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Valuable communication and customer-service abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory, and staff scheduling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant hospitality, business, or management qualification is desirable.
- Working rights in Australia or an appropriate visa/work authorisation, where applicable.
