Qualifications & Skills -

- 6+ years of work experience with a minimum of 2 years in Quality analyst role & Minimum 2 years in Team handling for Team lead role.
- Strong Knowledge of preparing PPT/Google Slides, Quality audits.
- Experience analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, anomalies, and quality risks.
- Ability to summarize analysis using insights and effective storytelling.
- Robust proficiency in MS Office/Google Suites and Data Analysis techniques.
- Experience preparing Qualitative reports and presentations.
- Experience in RCA, continuous improvement, and Stakeholder communication.
- Good verbal and written English language skills
- Should be able to work under general supervision, with limited review of work needed.
- Experience in leading small and specialized teams involved in quality audits and other data analysis activities
- Willingness to work in US shift hours
