International Voice & Chat Support Executive (Technical & Non-Technical)

Location: ITPL, Whitefield, Bangalore

Work Mode: Work from Office

Experience Required: 1 - 3 Years

Salary: 25,000 to 28,000 Per Month (In-Hand) + Incentives

Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Transportation: Two-Way Cab Facility Provided

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and customer-focused professionals for International Voice and Chat Support processes. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, solid problem-solving abilities, and prior experience handling customer queries through voice or chat channels. Candidates with experience in Technical Support or Non-Technical Customer Support are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions through Voice and Chat channels.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Provide technical or non-technical support based on process requirements.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and offer appropriate solutions.
- Ensure timely resolution and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant teams when required.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience and maintain quality metrics.

Required Skills





- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
- Good typing and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and rotational shifts.
- Strong customer service orientation.

Eligibility Criteria

- PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in:

- International Voice Process

- International Chat Process

- Technical Support
- Non-Technical Support
- Customer Service / Customer Support
- Experience Letter is Mandatory.
- Versant Level 6 or equivalent communication proficiency preferred.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
