Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our Chat, Voice, and Blended processes. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through voice calls, chat, or both depending on the assigned process.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach while interacting with customers.
- Resolve customer issues within defined timelines and process guidelines.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant systems.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Achieve defined productivity, quality, CSAT, and performance targets.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Demonstrate positive communication and active listening skills.

Process Requirements

Voice Process

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls.
- Provide clear and professional verbal communication.
- Resolve queries while maintaining call quality and productivity.

Chat Process

- Handle multiple customer conversations through chat.
- Provide quick, accurate, and grammatically correct responses.




- Maintain response-time and customer satisfaction targets.

Blended Process

- Handle both voice calls and chat interactions based on business requirements.
- Flexibility to switch between channels while maintaining quality and productivity.

Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends, if required.
