We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented International Chat Support Associate to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Chat Process
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to handle customer queries through chat
- Comfort working in a fast-paced workplace

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally through live chat.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Chat Process Mandatory
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM with good accuracy.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to navigate multiple applications.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.

Shift Requirements

- Must be flexible to work night shifts and graveyard shifts.
- Willingness to work on weekends and rotational shifts, if required.

Transportation





- Two-way cab facility will be provided for employees residing within the hiring radius, as per the company's transportation policy.
