Responsibilities
- Execute field sales strategies to identify and onboard new retail outlets.
- Successfully secure necessary licenses and permissions for shop locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, ideally within the range of 0 to 3 years.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to travel extensively within the Maharashtra region.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and retail licensing procedures.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in managing sales records and reporting tools.
