From 4th Month: Up to 30,000 Take-Home based on 3-month performance
We are hiring HR Recruiters / Recruitment Executives with minimum 6 months of recruitment experience and excellent communication skills.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment
- Experience in BPO Recruitment / IT Recruitment / US IT Recruitment / Sales Recruitment or related hiring
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good sourcing and candidate-screening skills
- Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment activities
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a rapid-paced recruitment environment
- Female candidates only
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn,
job portals, referrals and other channels
- Screen candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate with clients/operations teams regarding requirements
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets
- Ensure timely joining and candidate engagement
Salary & Incentives 1st 3 Months: Up to 20,000 Take-Home + Incentives
From 4th Month: Up to 30,000 Take-Home + Incentives
Salary from the 4th month will depend on performance during the first 3 months.
