Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 7+ Years in Medical Coding

Designation: Team Lead E/M with Cardio Surgery

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Qualification: Graduate

Certification: Certified Medical Coders only

Relieving Letter: Not Mandatory

CTC: 12–15 LPA

Salary Hike: Up to 30% on last CTC, subject to experience, interview performance & current CTC

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the E/M with Cardio Surgery medical coding team.
- Handle complex E/M and Cardio Surgery coding cases.
- Ensure coding accuracy, productivity, quality, and compliance with client guidelines.
- Perform regular audits, feedback sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Monitor team performance and achieve productivity and quality targets.
- Resolve coding-related queries and provide appropriate guidance to team members.
- Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for coders.
- Coordinate with QA, operations, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS and applicable coding guidelines.

Candidate Requirements:

- Must be a graduate.
- Valid medical coding certification is mandatory.
- Candidates who can join immediately to within 30 days are eligible.
- Last company relieving letter is not mandatory.
