Job Summary

We are hiring candidates for International Voice, Non-Voice, and Technical Process. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling international customers, resolving queries, providing technical assistance, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

International Voice Process

- Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Troubleshoot customer issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain proper call documentation and update CRM/ticketing systems.
- Follow defined quality, compliance, and SLA standards.
- Handle escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Achieve process-specific productivity and quality targets.

International Non-Voice Process




- Handle customer queries through email, chat, tickets, or web-based platforms.
- Analyze customer concerns and provide accurate written responses.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
- Follow process guidelines, response timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required.
- Ensure accuracy and professionalism in written communication.

Required Skills

- Excellent English communication skills verbal and written.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- For technical support roles, positive understanding of hardware, software, networking, Windows, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven BPO environment.
