ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer interactions for UK banking and insurance processes.
- Manage customer queries related to accounts, policies, transactions, payments, servicing and general requests.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining excellent customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints, service requests and escalations professionally.
- Verify customer information and follow required security and authentication procedures.
- Use CRM and internal applications to document customer interactions accurately.
- Follow defined SOPs, quality standards, compliance requirements and SLAs.
- Coordinate with internal teams for complex queries and escalations.
- Maintain performance across CSAT, Quality, AHT, FCR and Productivity.
- Ensure every customer interaction meets international service standards.
CANDIDATE PROFILE Experience in International Voice / Blended / Customer Support
Banking, Insurance, BFSI or Financial Services experience preferred
Excellent spoken English and strong listening skills
Comfortable handling UK customers
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
Good computer and CRM skills
Comfortable working in UK shifts
Willing to work from office
