Logistics & Planning – FMCG

We are looking for a Logistics & Planning professional with solid hands-on experience in managing day-to-day logistics operations and planning activities in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Requirements:

- 4–7 years of relevant experience in FMCG Logistics & Planning.
- Strong hands-on experience in production/inventory planning.
- Practical experience in managing end-to-end logistics operations, including dispatch planning, transportation coordination and delivery follow-up.
- Tracking and maintaining the SLA with transporters
- Damage/Claims tracking and reconciliation with Transporters and Customers
- Experience in inventory management, stock planning and maintaining optimum inventory levels.
- Strong understanding of demand/supply planning and coordination with Procurement, Production,



Sales and Warehousing teams.
- Experience in warehouse operations and logistics coordination will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Go-getter attitude with strong ownership, urgency and execution focus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely execution.
