Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for an Inbound Customer Service Voice Process. The role involves handling incoming customer calls, resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

This is a non-sales, non-target-based process, making it an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates looking to build a career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer support while maintaining service quality standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update records.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.
- Follow organizational guidelines, compliance standards,



and process requirements.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional approach during customer interactions.

Educational Qualification:

- Any Graduate can apply.

Experience:

- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with customer service or voice process experience are preferred.
- Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.

Skills Required:

- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Shift Details:

- Shift Window: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Any 10-hour shift
- 9 working hours + 1-hour break

Salary & Benefits: Freshers to 11 Months Experience = 16,600 In-Hand Salary per month

Candidates with 12m Experience = 19.2k In-Hand Salary per month

Candidates with 24m experience = 22k in hand per month
